Due to the Will Opening (Notary) case currently pending before our court;
It was that our court has ruled in File number 2015/455 Decision number 2020/889 that the will, issued by the 17th Notary Public Office of Ankara on August 9, 2004, with journal number 20949, of Mehmet Talat Kocabay with Turkish ID number 10672165020, born in 1913 and son of Ahmet Hilmi and Kıymet, be deemed opened,
The reasoned decision could not be notified to one of the heirs, NECLA GÜNDUY – 16793339012, and since an address suitable for notification could not be determined in all the rescarches made, it was decided to notify the decision publicly.
The will of Mehmet Talat Kocabay – 10672165020, issued on 09/08/2024 with journal number 40949 at the 17th Notary Public Office of Ankara, is deemed to have been opened.
Regarding the foregoing it is announced publicly that the partics may, within two weeks of notification of the decision, apply to our court or the equal court in their jurisdiction pursuant to Articles 341 and 345 of Law No. 6100, and appeal to the Regional Court of Justice. Otherwise, the finalization of the decision shall be notified to NECLA GÜNDUY – 16793339012, born on October 22, 1930, one of the heirs of Osman Adnan and Emine Saime.
